Privacy & tracking notice

What we collect

When you reserve a seat we collect the name and email address you type into the reservation form, the experience you selected, and the time of your request. We use these only to confirm your reservation, send you the private address and event updates, and match your booking to your payment.

Payment is handled by Square on their own pages. Card details are entered with Square and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on this website.

Analytics and cookies

Nothing beyond what the site needs to function runs until you agree. If you press "Accept" on the notice at the bottom of the page, we load VisitorTracking, an analytics service that stores an anonymous visitor and session identifier in your browser and records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, and device or browser type. This helps us understand how guests find the event.

Your reservation name and email are never passed to the analytics service. If you press "Decline", the service is never loaded and any identifiers it previously stored are removed.

Changing your mind

Select "Cookie settings" in the footer at any time to bring the choice back and withdraw or grant permission. You can also clear your browser's site data for this site, which removes every identifier we or the analytics service placed there.

The concierge assistant

Questions you type into the on-page assistant are sent to our server and then to an AI provider in order to write an answer about the event. Please do not include personal or payment information in those questions. The conversation is not tied to your reservation and is not used to train models.

How long we keep things

Reservation records are kept until the event has taken place and accounts are settled, and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics identifiers expire on their own or when you clear your browser data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop using it, or withdraw permission for analytics. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you. Email Gale.mayesstuart@yahoo.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for adults booking an evening event. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
